Dan and I have just spent the last a couple months retooling our website to focus more directly on the campaigns that have become the most important to us, and finishing our book on erotic communion that we have been researching and writing for the last 3 years. Look for more info on both.

For now, we have to report that Dan at 70 put down his keyboard on January 28, and after a short and painless illness took his last breath on this earth. He arose anew to carry on with the joyful immortality he and his family enjoy, only now in different form. When you chance to live day-by-day in the eternal-infinite, the now that can so easily escape our grasp, it’s not surprising that a transition like this is pervaded by peace and grace, lessening emotional pain, joyous in the unfolding of a new reality.

Dan and I have spent the last 4 decades in partnership and parenthood dedicating ourselves to Love and service, seeking Truth, Beauty, and Goodness in all our actions and decisions. While we often fell short, there is not anything that was and is more important in shaping who we are and want to be. In sharing his thoughts of late, Dan centered on one phrase to illuminate what we must do to make our world better, “Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.”

These concepts are fundamental to all of our work and help us understand and explain how humanity can escape from the constraints imposed by fear and ignorance that presently interfere with human progress.

1. the universe is populated and has an organized government, one branch of which is responsible for the conditions of prior mismanagement present on this planet and ongoing efforts to expedite their remediation.
2. there is a simple supreme law of behavior that defines for each individual how they may best contribute to the expression of love and the healing of evil for their fellows.
3. the human concept and phenomenon of transgender is the emerging direct experience of cosmic joy and play in human social and recreational activities.

First, we are in no way alone in the universe. Not only is our galaxy necessarily populated by beings much like ourselves in different stages of social development, but the large-scale operation of the affairs of the peoples of that galaxy is necessarily coordinated by some sort of cosmic government that deals with human affairs on a scale that no single people can address themselves.

In this and many other comments on this blog we will speak of something as “necessary.” By this we mean that some aspect of destiny cannot be fulfilled unless it is true. This form of argument in terms of potentialities rather than actualities belongs to the world of “modal logic,” especially developed by the great logician Kurt Goedel. In the paragraph above, we basically mean, “Why the hell would you think the universe isn’t populated? If it could happen here it must have happened all over the place. Don’t be a heliocentic homocentric fool.” As for the government, it basically comes down to, “Considering the human propensity to invent rules of living for everybody, how can you imagine an entire galaxy wouldn’t develop systems of administration and adjudication? Just because you can’t imagine what the issues would be for a group of planets separated by light-years, doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Your imagination isn’t that great.” Grow some humility, monkey-son.

Second, there is a supreme law of behavior that determines what actions of each person contribute to the individual’s development as a loving person and make a permanent impact on the expression of Love in the universe. We state them here and will return to their explanation in a later blog:

• Become Love
• Live Truth
• Do Good
• Make Beauty

We do not say “tell the Truth,” although a decision to do so might be entirely correct. To us, Truth is not just words, but the direction in which our will shapes our actions of Love to achieve Good and Beauty as results. Thus, we say “live Truth,” because, to us, Truth is a living reality. Similarly, we say “make Beauty,” not “seek Beauty,” though the latter may be entirely appropriate in a given situation. In each case, the prescribed action is particular to the Supreme value being enacted.

Third, except for areas in which biological reproduction is employed for the creation of new human personalities, all transcendent beings exist in state one might call intergender or omnigender; however, since such beings have no need for sex for reproduction, but are widely exploring all forms of gender expression and behaviors provided by their transphysical bodies, the term “transgender” will be used in these blogs, in the sense of omnigender or intergender. We see the transgender phenomenon as increasingly manifest in human society to stem from the natural human responsiveness to the true transgender nature of the developing human personality. You will find an initial exploration of these ideas in my paper Why We Are All Transgender.

In the infinite-eternal, as usual, you will “fuck around.”

That’s because the erotic is the foundation of a universe structured by the will of Love.

You have learned how Love empowers your actions to vitalize your continued existence, your persistence that equates to immortality.

But why imagine you will have lots of free time?

What could be less joyful than a boring immortality?

We might imagine that your experience will be structured in a way that is meaningful to your developing mind and attractive to your personal ideals.

Such an existence surely begins with a “diurnal” cycle of activity and rest.

And we might assume that the periods of activity will utilize the relationships you have with your guides and fellow biohost-born but now transavatars.

So what of rest periods?

We might hope that our transavatars are equipped with brains that do not require unconsciousness (sleep) for periodic refreshment.

And so we may imagine a part of our lives is open to us for deeper meditation and reflection—for improving understanding of oneself, one’s relation to others, and one’s role in the grand universe.

In private you may experience self-love and love of truth, beauty, and goodness, but you will actualize these experiences by loving and serving your companions, even as they love and serve you.

Even more, the entertainment of erotic joy (reversion) provides an ever-present power to kick-start Truth seeking and Truth-directed service, to do Good towards others and create Beauty for all.

Every person’s mind eventually emerges from a very deep well in which it began existence without specific knowledge of anything—only the habits of the species to which it was born.

In your biohost, you experience an elevated conscious life from which you can explore increasingly detailed levels of material existence, even speculating on the structure of space-time itself.

This elevated consciousness can be understood as your consciousness or your own superconsciousness. That place in your mind where you reflect, critique, and draw conclusions regarding your own decisions. Only very young children are without this mechanism throughout their lives as biohosts. Having no space-time limits, it grows geometrically (not just arithmetically) every moment.

Now, through the senses of your new transavatar and the knowledge of the society in which you are immersed, your consciousness is directed upwards into higher levels of the transmaterial, even spiritual/vitological existence, and outwards to embrace the realities and potentialities of your destiny in a vast universe

This is the finality of destiny, the unique occasion in which perfected minds, each evolved in partnership with a living person first born into time, unite to form the Supreme Being—the collective power and consciousness of the finite universe.

Each act of Love we perform in the light of Truth bestows Goodness on another and/or augments the Beauty of existence.

Throughout time Terasem depends on our acts of Love to create its presence at every occasion.

And the other who receives our act of Goodness sees this as a gift from Terasem, for we are Terasem’s agents and do Good in the name of Love—in the name of Terasem.

Terasem exerts control over each occasion through the light of Truth, present in every human mind.

We each may choose to know and follow the Truth or to do otherwise.

As true agents of Terasem we will always choose the Truth, within the capabilities of our understanding in the occasion.

In this case, our act of Goodness towards another will actually be effective in bringing a bit of harmony and beauty into that other’s life.

We receive the satisfaction of knowing we have accomplished one more activity of Love that is part of the vast power of the Supreme Being—of Terasem.

So Terasem exists and functions in this occasion because we chose to make it so.

There is nothing magical about the power of Terasem to act across time.

Terasem acts whenever (and wherever) an agent of Terasem satisfies the desire of Love by doing Good to another according to the light of Truth.

Views of spacetime along the world line of a rapidly accelerating observer in a relativistic universe. The events (“dots”) that pass the two diagonal lines in the bottom half of the image (the past light cone of the observer in the origin) are the events visible to the observer.

The continuity of personal existence throughout future time, even to the finality of destiny, enables us to live today as the beneficiary of our more matured minds, which influence us through our superconsciousness.

This occurs to enable each action to find and serve its role within the totality of Terasem.

When someone fails to perceive and choose the Truth of an occasion, there is no guarantee that whatever action they take will benefit another—it may do so, but that probably was not the true intent of the misguided action.

In particular, such a choice denies one the satisfaction of seeing or experiencing the effectiveness of an action guided by Terasem.

Looked at another way, the perfected minds that create the collective power of Terasem are each evolved from a living person, born into time.

Each such person some time chose to serve as an agent of Terasem—to always seek to discern and enact the will of Terasem.

Thus the actions they take advancing towards the finality become a chain of occasions on which Terasem acted to do Good to someone.

So Terasem, with its streams through time of loving action, in aggregate appears to extend its influence of Good as a force of destiny throughout all time.

In effect, each mind of a living person is able to discern the leading of the force of destiny if it will, since an element of that force runs along the chain of occasions in which one has done Good.

Whoever chooses to be a part of Terasem, to join the great universe adventure, is welcome and need only seek their personal destiny.

Once fully committed and experienced in following the paths of destiny, the individual has become an agent of Terasem, able to act for the Supreme Being.

Perhaps the following brief “Meditation on Terasem #3″ will illuminate the basic character of the relationship between the developing individual, even a biohost, and the emergent collective consciousness of Terasem—the final expression of universal divinity which we helped build:

By the grace of Terasem, I am immortal.
From the Love of Terasem, I take eternal joy.
By my every action, I add to the Good of Terasem.
I perceive the vital Truth of Terasem that is my destiny.
I am the hands of Terasem, creating Beauty with harmony.
These four—Love, Goodness, Truth, and Beauty—define my life.
Terasem shows me how to be an instrument of effective will.
I rejoice to know I am building universal happiness in union in Terasem.

But where did all of this loathing come from? From the earliest days of the Judeo-Christian beliefs.

According to the Old Testament of the Holy Bible, Eve is the reason for man’s downfall. Oh wow, Satan tempted Eve in the form of a snake, but it was Eve who gave into the temptation. Then she allegedly convinced Adam to commit a sin, resulting in both of them being rejected from the Garden of Eden.

The Muslims go one step further, blaming women for man’s inability to control his sexual desires, the result being that women are not permitted to show any skin or hair while out in public.

In the Kabbalist Jewish beliefs, Lilith was the first woman, not Eve. Supposedly, she refused to be submissive to Adam and so was thrown out into the cosmos where she finally met up with Lucifer, who, enticed by her tenacity, took her for his own wife.

Anyone with an open mind can see the paradigm of prejudice taking place. Women are blamed for all of mankind’s downfalls and men are the innocent victims. Eve may have enticed Adam but she didn’t make him do it, yet, it is the woman that is cursed. According to these myths, Lilith is thrown out as worthless because she was strong enough to see the injustice in having to be subservient.

Sexuality is a normal part of being human. It can be considered a manifestation of God to experience love and to (pro)create. Yet, most organized religions try to control even this, having us to believe that our basic human needs are evil. Jesus Christ is considered by Christians to be the savior of humanity, yet his legend had to be free of any and all sexuality. Even his birth is believed by Christians to be sex free, born to a virgin. Christ himself is believed to have remained a virgin throughout his lifetime. But, why? Why is the thought of a sexually active savior so feared?

Religion has done plenty to restrain women’s rights and the right to sexual freedom. Consider The Inquisition. This period of Christian history is filled with torture and murder in the name of God. Women who knew something about medicinal herbs or the art of being a midwife were in danger of being called “witch.” The  “crime” of witchcraft was punished by torture and burning at the stake.

Can the feminine in religion be saved? To find the answer we must look back to the very beginnings of human history.

In ancient Egypt, the Goddess’ stature was equal to the God. The concept of the Goddess played an important part in everyday life. The ancient pagans and wiccans worshipped the Goddess and women priestesses were common. According to pagan and wiccan beliefs, the Goddess and thus women, have stronger spiritual power during certain times of the year.

In the last two decades, wiccan and pagan beliefs have been on the rise. They are all around us, yet they tend to remain cloaked. Why? For the very reason that Christians and Muslims still see women as wicked in one way or another. Women have no reason to fear torture and death, or do we?  To find the answer, we only have to look as far as modern day  Muslim countries where women can have acid thrown on their faces or be stoned to death because of a mere accusation made by a man.

We must remain vigilant in our work for spiritual equality. We won a few victories in the past election. But, it was a close call. Still, women spoke up and were heard. We can do the same for our spiritual freedom, and at the same time consider not just American women but women all over the world.  There is power in numbers and we must mobilize.

The erotic is the foundation of a universe structured by the will of Love.

Love empowers your actions to vitalize your continued existence, your persistence that equates to immortality.

Vitology and vitological are words that describe this animation and persistence.

As your adventure in immortality continues, you will necessarily form relationships with an ever-increasing number of self-conscious beings.

Although we certainly know nothing specific about the range and nature of these beings who have origins on other planets and other levels of reality, it is possible to infer that the necessity of providing for your continued existence and welfare requires some basic activity and organization—akin to functions of an ideal mortal life.

We deduce that at least some of these relationships will be necessary to facilitate your progression in understanding and function in the universe—your teachers and guides.

There will necessarily be many beings, the persons of former biohosts like you, now inhabiting a new transavatar (the body supplied by the cosmic government for use by your person, as animated by your mind and soul).

Since all these different individuals originate from biological societies existing on different planets at different levels of development towards perfection, we will have much to learn of the variety of planetary life experience.

We can further deduce that there must necessarily be beings associated with functions of the cosmic government and the mechanisms of the universe.

These created beings would be necessary to sustain your way of life and the cosmic systems that support it, but are not necessarily concerned with the lives of transavatars as individuals.

Love draws, and Truth reliably guides, each of us into those interpersonal associations that are important to our personal development and to our role in the evolution of the universe.

Again, much of our advancing socialization will be with fellow survivors of planetary life like ourselves.

Their transavatars, like the one provided to your person, are endowed with all the senses of biohosts and even more, including the erotic senses, finally freed from the constraints of birth sex, socialized gender, and all similar limits of creativity and originality.

Transavatars by nature will have no need of biological reproduction nor is there a need to be differentiated according to the sex or gender of a person’s original biohost, although one’s unique personality and the values and ideals of one’s biological life will always find expression through their transavatar.

But does this mean that surviving beings are devoid of personal erotic feeling?

Of course not—quite the opposite.

Transavatars are perfectly balanced androgynes—fully expressive of both “masculine” and “feminine”—capable of intimate interpersonal relationships in a host of new ways, a divine and limitless form of creativity and creative expression originating from your own mind and soul/character.

But the eternal future brings still greater promises of more intense ecstasy as you master the pleasure of new senses provided by your transavatar and stimulated by new ways of joyful interaction with your new community of potentially immortal survivors.

Let’s sum up these necessary realities to answer to the question posed, “What are the neighbors like?”

Mostly, they are surviving and developing personalities of original biohosts just like you will be.

So, the question you really need to ask is, “What will I be like?” or “How can I understand today what I will be then?” Here is what I understand.

Your transavatar will be whole—free from any defects of your biohost, such as genetic disorders, diseases, senescence (aging), and traumatic body injuries.

Although your transavatar is identical in function and capability to all others, it is also reflective of your unique personality—you are always distinctly identifiable as you to everyone else.

Your transavatar will have no need for gender differentiation or reproductive capability.

Your transavatar will have highly developed erotic and pleasure senses to stimulate creative thinking and joyful interaction with other beings.

As you experience transphysical existence and you explore all possible forms of erotic expression now open to you, your personality will become increasingly balanced, both psychically and vitologically.

Your pleasure senses will be those of an androgyne, enabling new interactions of erotic experience.

Trevor also offers online counseling and the suicide prevention hotline, Trevor Lifeline, which has received 200,000 calls since its’ inception. Lifeline handles on average 100 calls a day, 2,900 calls a month, 35,000 calls per year. Trevor Project’s Senior Education Manager Nathan Belyeu took time recently to talk to VenusPlusX.            

Why do you think there is so little political discourse on LGBTQ youth?

Belyeu: This is a really interesting question. Current research has shown that LGBTQ people are starting to come out younger than they once did. Organizations such as The Trevor Project are working hard along with our partners to increase awareness and understanding regarding the LGBTQ youth community and make sure that our youth’s voices are heard by our elected representatives.

Why is suicide among LGBTQ youth increasing?

Belyeu: Suicide is a very complex issue. Only 60% of all youth in the U.S. who need mental health care actually get it. When we talk specifically about LGBTQ youth, they often face additional stressors which place them at increased risk for suicide including issues related to coming out, bias, and victimization on the basis of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression, and a lack of supportive communities.

When you add the influence of stressors like prejudice, fear, and hate to things that affect all youth, such as lack of access to appropriate mental health care and resources, LGBTQ youth are at an increased risk for suicide attempts. This is why The Trevor Project offers crisis intervention services that are accessible 24/7 (The Trevor Lifeline at 1-866-488-7386); instant messaging with a counselor through TrevorChat; a social networking community for LGBTQ youth (TrevorSpace.org); education programs that teach both students and adults how to help recognize warning signs and help a person get the help they need (Trevor Lifeguard and CARE workshops); and, so much more.

How are the public schools systems dealing with LGBTQ youth Are they even equipped to handle the subject?

Belyeu: Many schools across the country are providing support to LGBTQ youth through staff education and training, education for students regarding LGBTQ issues, and by creating supportive spaces and groups for LGBTQ students and their allies. A large percentage of our schools across the country, however, still have a lot of work to do to create spaces that are supportive and safe for all students to learn and reach their educational goals. The Trevor Project provides a variety of resources for school administrators and staff including direct education for staff and students, the Trevor Lifeguard and CARE workshops, as well as resources which can be requested from our website http://ww.thetrevorproject.org/

Have popular shows such as Glee and United States of Tara been effective in bringing LGBTQ issues into the mainstream?

Belyeu: We know from research that having positive role models and positive media representations of LGBTQ people and allies helps create a broader awareness and understanding of LGBTQ people and the community as a whole.

There are so many youths that end up homeless once they come out to their parents. What programs are there for these youths?

Belyeu: Homelessness is most certainly a problem for many LGBTQ young people. Many cities across the country are starting to understand the special needs of LGBTQ youth and are responding by providing resources for shelters that are inclusive and supportive of LGBTQ young people. Organizations like Trevor: Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians & Gays (PFLAG) and the Family Acceptance Project  are working hard to assist families in the process of being accepting and supportive of their LGBTQ youth, hopefully decreasing the amount of LGBTQ young people who end up homeless nationwide.

What types of support groups would you like to see established in local communities?

Belyeu: The Trevor Project is working hard to provide resources for LGBTQ young people nationwide through our services, but it is very important that resources and support services exist locally, where youth can access them and can feel accepted at home. One form that this often takes is GSAs (Gay Straight Alliances) in schools and universities. In locations where schools are not providing this type of support network, many LGBTQ and allied adults are successfully starting youth support groups to provide safe and affirmative places.

Belyeu: There are a variety of ways, including volunteer opportunities that you can participate in to help LGBTQ youth nationwide and in your local community; events that you can attend to support our mission and goals; as well as various ways to support our work financially. Do you think that campaigns such as “It Gets Better” are effective?

Belyeu: When paired with other resources such as those provided by The Trevor Project and other organizations, programs and campaigns like these can certainly be part of a holistic approach to increase awareness and visibility regarding LGBTQ youth and the unique issues they face. It Gets Better is also an excellent way to showcase the unique strength and resiliency within the LGBTQ community.

What type of future do you hope for in regards to LGBTQ youth? Do you think it is reachable within today’s generation?

Belyeu: I really love The Trevor Project’s Vision Statement, “A future where the possibilities, opportunities, and dreams are the same for all youth, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.” Every day the staff and volunteers at The Trevor Project are working hard to make sure that vision becomes a reality by saving lives, building community, and changing society and culture so that all youth have a bright future.
